20 Minute Strength Kettlebell Workout
This is a tough one.
You need 2 kettle bells (I used 25lb)
Do 10 reps of each exercise as many times as possible in 10 minutes
Superset 1
-Kettlebell squats
-Pushup rows on Kettlebells
Superset 2
-Lateral hip hinge/overhead press
-Bentover row
