Choose your HIIT-Venture

Sometimes the hardest part of sticking to a workout routine is not wanting to do the outlined workout on a given day. Skipping one workout leads to skipping another and before long you’ve fallen out of a habit that you worked hard to develop. For that reason this month we’re letting you choose your own exercises for each workout. Each workout pick 4 exercises from the list and perform them back to back. Work for 40 seconds then rest for 20 before moving on to the next exercise. Once you complete a set rest for 1 minute then repeat the sequence. Complete 3,4, or 5 circuits for each workout.

  • Jump ropes

  • Ice Skaters

  • Shoulder taps

  • Tuck Jumps

  • Sprints

  • Long Jumps
