To start the year off we’ve got a great series of 10 minute workouts that will be sure to get you feeling fired up and ready to go. With a 10 minute workout there’s no excuse not to get active for the day. This should help you establish those habits on the days you want to workout the least. The best part is, if you have more time you can just do multiple circuits making these workouts easy to expand to 20 or 30 minute body burners. We suggest using this workout 3x per week if this is going to be your main routine, or you can put these in your pocket to make sure you have a workout on your lighter days.
