Time To Roll The Dice

This month were switching things up with a fun workout you can do with your whole family. All you’ll need is a couple dice to get started. This workout comes to us from waterford.org, so be sure to check them out for more great resources.

If you’re on a time crunch see how many rolls you can complete in a set period of time (10,20,30 minutes). If time is no issue, try doing a set number of rolls and increasing it over time. All of the workouts can be done without equipment. If you have little children it will make them feel like they’re playing a game and learning as they workout with you.

My son loves rolling dice and figuring out what exercise he has to do. Plus, he’s working on his addition skills in the process. Remember, fitness is supposed to be fun! So go get your roll on.
