We know that December is a busy month with few hours of daylight. It’s not easy coming up with that great gift and taking care of yourself. So we’re keeping it super simple. Over the first four days you’ll have one exercise to do. That’s it. Spread the reps out over the day or knock them out at once. On day five you’ll do a 20-minute circuit workout with those four moves. Do as many as you can in a minute and rest when you need to, but at the start of the next minute you have to move on to the next exercise. On day six walk, run, jog, bike for 20 minutes. That’s it. Repeat until Christmas. The last week of the year we’re still staying active, but make it work for you. Use this time to improve your flexibility with some stretching, or maybe make this week a time to take walks with the family. Just make sure you’re doing something to set yourself up for success in the new year.
